Content marketing is probably the single easiest traffic source online today. In fact, it has been for many years, but it has been overlooked.

First, a definition: Content marketing is the process of writing content online for the purpose of getting people to read it and take action on your site.

So why don't people talk about "content marketing" that much, and yet many sites online drive almost ALL their traffic with content?

Well, I think one of the reasons is that content marketing is actually the root source of article marketing. You see, articles are just one little way to generate content online. And a few years ago, article marketing, as a content generation traffic method, became really popular because it was really easy to write the same article and post it on lots of article directories and 100s might post your article. But then Google got wise to it, and nixed the method of sending the same article to multiple places.
But... content marketing itself still works! In fact, it works better than ever, because you aren't competing with thousands of article marketers that are writing the same junk over and over again.
Now, you have to write original content and have it manually approved by a human at a reputable website or blog.

So what are the steps to content marketing?

1) Find 10-20 top websites or blogs in your niche so that you have a stable of consistent sources where you can get your content published. You can even publish it on your own website. In fact, this is becoming easier and easier these days, as I believe Google is favoring smaller sites as long as you put good content on your site and get real people to read it. I can my method of finding the top 10-20 traffic sites in your niche, "holographic traffic"

2) Write several content pieces per day (aka articles or blog posts) and get them published on the 10-20 blogs or websites you found in step 1) above

3) Use Google - approved methods of getting humans to read your articles and link to them on your website. This can be done naturally, just telling people about your content and asking them if they like it to link to it. They can do this from their Facebook account, their Google plus account, or their Squidoo account. Or their website. or their blog. Or wherever they want to.

Money is an area in which most people believe that their success in blocked in some way. An overwhelming number feel that they don’t have enough money, and many also experience emotional distress related to money.

If you want to have more money – and most people do – improving your money consciousness is an important first step in attracting the abundance of financial wealth you deserve. In this article, I’ll reveal powerful ways to raise your money consciousness.

2 Key Processes to Use

I recommend using two processes to help cultivate a positive money consciousness. The first is identifying any limiting beliefs you have about money. Start by writing down all beliefs you have about money. Then identify the beliefs that do not support your conscious dreams and desires.

The second process is to identify any incidents from your past that caused you to make a decision – and take on additional limiting beliefs – about money. Negative emotions from past events often can hinder our efforts to earn, receive and keep more money. Releasing these negative emotions also will help to cultivate a positive money consciousness.

Types of Money Beliefs

After more than 4 decades of helping individuals achieve greater success, I’ve discovered that there are 4 common types of limiting money beliefs:

• Money and Your Identity. Many people have an identity that is linked to a certain income. If your family was poor or working class, you may have difficulty identifying yourself as wealthy.

“I’m just a ‘jeans and T-shirt’ kind of person” or “I can’t imagine myself doing what wealthy people do” are some of the beliefs that might feel true to you if your identity is linked with a lower income than you’re consciously trying to achieve.

• Money Beliefs About Others. Most people grow up with attitudes about people who have money – and often, these beliefs are not positive. For example, you might belief that “rich people are greedy” or “rich people care only about themselves.”

You may notice that you believe statements like these consciously. You might also know intellectually that these statements are false, but still have an emotional belief that they are true. Either way, if you have negative emotions about rich people, you’re unlikely to become one.

• Money and Spirituality. Many people believe that money is not spiritual. It’s not surprising, because many societal and religious messages link spirituality with poverty.

If this is the case for you, you may find that statements like “It’s not spiritual to want money,” “If I focus too much on money, I’ll lose my spiritual focus,” or “It’s wrong to ask for more than I need” to feel true.

 

However, remember that everything is simply energy, which means that money is just another form of energy. One thing I’ve found to be true is that money is a magnifier. If you’re greedy and mean-spirited, money will make you more so. Likewise, if you’re generous, spiritual and compassionate, money will make you more so.

• Money and Worthiness. If you have low self-esteem, you may not feel that you deserve to make or receive more money. You may feel that there are people who need the money more and if you get it, you’ll be taking from them. Or you may feel that if you’ve lost money in the past, you don’t deserve to get more because you’ll waste it.

Common limiting beliefs that show up in this area include “I don’t deserve to make more money” and “I’m not worthy of being wealthy.” One way to work with this type of belief is to make a list of what you’ll do when you have a specific amount of money. When you plan for more money, you’ll naturally attract it to you.

When you identify limiting beliefs around money, take time to identify how the belief has served you in the past.

The subconscious mind’s job is to keep us safe. Limiting beliefs arise as a way to protect us. For example, if you have a belief that “rich people are greedy,” you’ll unconsciously avoid doing things that will increase your wealth. After all, you don’t want to become greedy or be judged by others as being greedy. By clearing these additional beliefs, you’ll pave the way to install new beliefs that are more supportive of your efforts to increase wealth.

Creating Your Big “Why”

In addition to clearing the limiting beliefs that are keeping you at a lower level of wealth than you deserve, I recommend finding what I call “your big ‘why.’” When you have a compelling reason behind an action you’re taking or goal you’re pursuing, you’re much more motivated to take action.
Create a list of reasons why you want to have the amount of money you’ve set as your goal. Is it so that you can afford a certain type of home in a certain area? Is it because you want to contribute money to good causes? Is it because you want to create a certain type of lifestyle?

Create a list of what you’d like to do with your money. Notice what thoughts or emotions come up for you. If you’re shying away from things you want because of feelings of guilt, unworthiness or inability to receive them, you will sabotage your success. Use these negative emotions as important clues about additional limiting money beliefs that you’ll want to clear.

Although it may seem odd that anyone would have a negative predisposition toward wealth, we often hold these negative beliefs in our subconscious mind from childhood. To become wealthy, you’ll need to surface, identify, root out and replace any negative or limiting beliefs you have about money. Use the suggestions outlined here to uncover the beliefs that are keeping you stuck, so that you can change your results and finally enjoy the wealth you deserve.

There are really only two ways to end up with more money. You can either spend less, or you can make more. Personally, I’m a fan of making more. I would rather make more and have more money to spend than always be denying myself things I want.

 

In our lifetime many of us have been confronted head-on with having to figure out a way to spend less money. In school you learn how to set and live off budgets. They are encouraged to “think outside the box” and come up with new ideas and innovations. Intrapreneurs are the ones who created the Post-It note for 3M, the Java programming language for Sun Microsystems, and even Yahoo's Search offering.

Does your company have customers it isn’t selling additional goods to? Most people will tell you they do not have enough time, yet, since the beginning of time all of us have had exactly 24 hours in every day. Obviously, some people use their time more effectively than others. When I have to wait in line at the bank, a license bureau or doctor’s office, I always take some business-related material to read.

While on the road I do the majority of my work so that when I get home I can indulge in some of my pleasures in life, like a golf game or visiting with the family. Another way I save time is by watching the local news on television while I am getting dressed or preparing for bed or packing or unpacking my bag. Those are things I must do, so I do them while I get up-to-date news on the city in which I am speaking. Often the news I hear can be incorporated into my talk.

I’m a Cowboys fan, since I’m from Dallas, but I’m unwilling to commit three hours just to watch a game, so I read, write, plan or get organized during the game. Since the typical play lasts only about five seconds and there are an average of 120 of them during the game, that means that there are 600 seconds of action or ten minutes of actual playing time. I get a lot done during a game.

Of course, if friends or family are available, I would much rather spend the time visiting with one another as we watch our favorite team in action. Think about your own life and profession, organize your time around as many “two-fer’s” as possible and you’ll be more effective and have more fun in the process. 7m Brits 'Have Never Used The Internet'

More than seven million adults in the UK have never used the internet, official figures suggest.
The data revealed around one million more people have ventured on to the web since this time last year.

But the latest statistics show 14% of those over the age of 16 have never accessed material online.
Significantly more women than men have never used the internet (4.2 million compared with 2.8 million), the Office for National Statistics (ONS) said. It found 326,000 adults used the internet for the first time between January and March this year.

The ONS said: "Internet use is linked to various socio-economic and demographic characteristics, such as age, sex, disability, geographical location and weekly earnings. For example, those who are less likely to have used the internet include elderly and disabled adults."
A breakdown of the population by age showed almost all of those between 16 and 24 (99%) have used the web.

Those least likely to have connected were 75 or over. However, there was a marked increase in internet users among people of this age in the past two years. At the beginning of 2011, estimates suggested 23.8% of this demographic had accessed the internet, compared with 34.3% this year (1.6 million people). The 3.1 million non-users aged 75 or over make up 43% of the 7.1 million who have never connected, the ONS said. But it warned estimates relating to elderly people should be treated with a degree of caution because of smaller sample sizes.

A regional breakdown of the figures showed Londoners were most likely to have made a foray online. An estimated 90% of those in the capital have accessed web content. People in Northern Ireland were least likely to have embraced the digital age. In this area, 79% of adults have gone online, the figures suggested.

The ONS said the overall increase in internet users since last year stood at 13%. In the two years since it began to collate the data, it said the number of adults who have used the web has risen by 2.4 million (6%), from an initial 41.1 million.

Its data showed income and disability remain a barrier to getting online. "Individuals with no disability are over three times more likely to have used the internet than individuals with a disability," the ONS said. It added: "Internet use has almost reached full coverage for those earning in excess of £500 a week, with internet use at 98% or above for all adults with weekly pay rates above this level." It found more than 5% of workers with a gross weekly pay of less than £200 per week have never connected.

Samsung Claims 5G Mobile Data Transmission Breakthrough

Samsung says it has developed technology that could sit "at the core of 5G" - the successor to the 4G mobile-communications standard.

The company says its equipment is capable of transmitting data at more than 1Gbps across a distance of up to 2km (1.2 miles).

It suggests the tech would eventually allow users to stream ultra-high-definition video while on the move.

However, one expert says the news needs to be put in context.

Prof Rahim Tafazolli - who heads up the University of Surrey's 5G research efforts - suggests that even if the latest development was used, it would only be "a small part of the larger jigsaw" of technologies needed to deliver 5G.

His words carry weight since his own £35m project to develop a 5G standard is part-funded by Samsung.

Samsung says it has developed the world's first "adaptive array transceiver" technology, an innovation that allows part of the super-high-frequency Ka band of the radio spectrum - at 28GHz - to be used for cellular data transmission.

The firm indicates its equipment, which features 64 antenna elements, overcomes a problem involved with using this frequency, which can cause the signal to weaken in rainy conditions.

"Samsung's recent success in developing the adaptive array transceiver technology has brought us one step closer to the commercialisation of 5G mobile communications in the millimetre-wave bands," said Chang-Yeong Kim. head of the firm's Digital Media & Communication Centre in Seoul.

A press release added that the South Korean firm hoped devices based on the technology could be brought to market by 2020, offering mobile data transfers "up to several hundred times faster" than today's 4G tech.

"As a result, subscribers will be able to enjoy a wide range of services such as 3D movies and games, real-time streaming of ultra-high-definition (UHD) content, and remote medical services," it said.
Capacity crunch
Prof Tafazolli stressed it would still be some years before the 5G standard was finalised.

His own team's efforts were focused on transmitting data over an even higher frequency band in the radio spectrum, he added.

He also said it was not inevitable that whatever technology was agreed on would offer much faster data speeds, suggesting that finding a way for the next-generation system to cope with the expected growth in demand for mobile data use might take priority.

"Some of the companies are still putting too much emphasis on speed when discussing going from one generation to another generation," he said.

"In my opinion 4G achieves a decent speed and what we need to do is crack the capacity crunch we are facing."

Prof Tafazolli's work is funded by Samsung, Huawei, Fujitsu Laboratories and the UK government, among others. Alternative work is being carried out in Japan, China and elsewhere.

Developing the technologies involved in 5G could prove lucrative.

As an industry standard, its inventors would have to license the innovations involved to rivals, but they would be able to charge a small fee for each device that used them.

Discussions about which part of the radio spectrum to use will take place at the UN's World Radiocommunication Conference in 2015.

I HAVE A MOUNTAIN TO CLIMB!

I tried to climb the mountain today. As I inched my way up the path, I felt out of breath and had to turn back. I tried to climb the mountain today. But, It was so hot outside, I thought I had better stay in my nice air-conditioned house and rest up for tomorrow's attempt.

But I had so may other things to do, so instead of climbing the mountain I took care of the much more important tasks; I washed my car, mowed the grass and watched the big game. Today the mountain will have to wait.

I was going to climb the mountain today. But as I stared at the mountain in all it's majestic beauty, I knew I had no chance of making it to the top, so I figured why even begin trying. I had forgotten about climbing the mountain today, until an old friend came by and asked what I was up to lately. I told him about all my plans to climb that mountain someday. I went on and on about how I was going to accomplish the task.

He stopped me and said, "I just got back from climbing that mountain. for the longest time I told myself I was going to try to climb it but never made any progress." "I almost let the dream of making it to the top die. I came up with every excuse of why I could not make it up the mountain, but never once did I give myself a reason why I could. Make The Decision, Then Do Something - No Matter How Small - Toward Accomplishing What You Want!

I hope most of you are having an awesome and wonderingful start of the working week? Well, here in Manchester (UK) the weather is not so great. Some showers now and again. I am not here to give the weather report, (I guess most of you have already got that weather report this morning before you set off for work or whatever you do...!) As you already know I don’t like dwelling on negative news so lets forget about the weather.

As I mentioned in some of my posts last night as I was coming back from London, we had a great weekend (10^thto 12^th May) at the Internet Millionaires Super Summit. It was a full three day learning weekend and I really enjoyed it and learned alot of stuff. For those of you who have never attended one of these seminars, these are exciting events with lots of content to learn from guys who have made millions upon millions of dollars in cash on the internet.

This event was so exciting for me because I had made a challenge for myself well before the event was announced. I was talking with brother in-law the other day. And I told him that there was these two guys I wanted to meet who have made millions of pounds from scratch in less than five years on the internet. My intention was to meet them in person and establish a relationship with them because I admired what they were doing and what they have achieved so far in a short period of time. I actually wanted them to be my mentors. So just a few days after that talk with my brother in-law the event was announced and the list of speakers included these two guys. Well, as you can imagine it did not take me long to decide to register for the event.

After registering then I had to put in my work leave request though it was already less than 28 days notice we are required to (company policy). Fortunately that same day I put in my request it was granted. I also booked my train tickets. Then I did a search for hotels in London and guess what? For the two nights, the cheapest hotel I could find was £390.00, for just the room. After a few days searching I eventually found a 4 star hotel next to Heathrow airport for just £138 for the two nights.
Fast forward to the 10^th, I had a safe journey to London. The seminar started at exactly 09:00, Shaun Casey (one of the speakers) was the first on stage. He spoke about setting goals, how to get money, riskless money on the internet, front end and backend products. He was great. Then after him came the guys I was waiting for, (Mili Ponce and Paul O’Mahony), they spoke about Social Media, how they made their millions using Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn. We only finished after 7pm on that day.

Saturday morning I was in that conference room by 08:30 am after having travelled for almost an hour on the train. As I entered the room, I saw Paul sitting at the back so I went straight to him and we started talking. He is a down to earth guy; I was with him for almost 15 minutes before he went on stage. They started teaching and right in the middle of their talk Paul went on to mention our conversation earlier and he had to ask me to raise my hand from the crowd of about 200 people, well I did. And after their talk I met up with Paul again and guess what guys he agreed to mentor me and will be starting this Wednesday, I can’t wait. I later on met with Mili and the other guys; Matt Bacak, Brain Koz, Shaun Casey and Nick James. Oh had some pictures taken with these guys too.

The point I am trying to make here is that if you have an intention don’t let anything stop you from getting what you want. GO FOR IT! The universe will always rearrange itself to allow you to get whatever it is that you desire. You don’t have to know the HOW, it’s not your job. Most of all stick to it and it will happen for you.

The icing on the cake was the last day of the event when they had a draw for the money which these guys made in the three days by selling one product. To cut a long story short, I missed out on the big prize (about $7100) but was the run up got £50. Well, some might say it’s not that much but remember this, by just attending this event I met people whose help is worthy a lot to me than the money I spend to be at this event.
